Russ
Here's Russ - chillest member of our bar team with an easygoing demeanor.
Russ is your quintessential "dude" male bartender - always cool, calm, and collected....and sometimes a little helpless enough to require the women on the team to keep him on track (he appreciates the assist!). But don't let the relaxed vibe fool you; Russ is serious about great service which is why I truly value him. If you're looking for something elegant like the French 75 or a Negroni, he's your guy-a true master of the classic cocktails.
Ask him how he's doing, and the answer is always "Aces," no matter what's going on
We truly cannot rustle his feathers. We know because we tried! Twenty minutes before guests were arriving for a small wedding, we tried to mess with him, frantically telling him we'd messed up the notes, the guest count had doubled, and we had the wrong signature drinks prepped. His response?
Just a calm, "Bro..... we got this."
He is always early to his shift, meticulously setting up his station. What keeps him going? With two kids in college, let's just say this man is motivated to keep pouring!
Russ is a solid member of The Farm on Main crew, a total professional, and loved by all!
Heather
Meet Heather, our resident cougar and source of endless sunshine! She is always smiling and has the most contagious laugh.
Heather is also proof that determination pays off. I am so glad she's still here after her first few shifts!
I remember putting her through the wringer of special add-on bars and crazy signature drinks—a trial by fire that would make most people run for the hills
But she prevailed!
When you order a cocktail from Heather, it will look beautiful and it will taste perfect. She loves making pretty drinks, and because she knows the exact measurements for every recipe, the balance is always spot-on. When a guest asks her for anything, her confident response is always, "100%!"
Heather keeps things lively and fun, and she has mastered the art of making every single person feel welcome. She is an absolute joy to have on staff.

Chrissy
We are incredibly lucky to have Chrissy! Her unmatched work ethic and natural desire to do things right were so evident from the moment I met her that I simply had to get her on my staff.
A true Tuckerton gal, we love Chrissy because she is like one of the guys. Her main occupation is actually a plumber, and she is handy with almost anything. So we all feel a little better with her around. Something's broken? Need first aid? Car won't start on your way out? Chrissy's got you!
Chrissy is the heartbeat of the team and hands down the best bar back in the land! She's always steps ahead of us. The bar never runs low on anything, and she attends to every need of the bartenders and guests with lightning speed.
Chrissy has quickly picked up bartending-it only took her a few shifts to learn all the drinks! She is sharp as a tack and learns techniques remarkably fast. Keep an eye out-you might just find her behind the bar when you come to The Farm!

Anthony
You will usually find Anthony holding down the outside bar, rain or shine. He's friendly, funny and competent. When I first took on the exclusive bar service at The Farm on Main, I needed to hire some bartenders fast. My son said, "Mom, I know this guy from the gym-he's really nice and he's a bartender." I know that hiring someone based on gym recommendations from a 15 year old can go either way, but I am so glad I trusted my son's judgment!
Anthony is a nice paisan who comes in handy when I need someone rational to talk me off a ledge. He thinks I'm a little crazy sometimes ("good crazy he says") But I love him for his commitment and willingness to work, despite pursuing a challenging career. His dedication to making every event as perfect as he can get it is unmatched, and he never complains about holding down that outside bar in all kinds of weather. Anthony is a gem and a truly valuable part of the team!
Molly
Molls!! A key fixture behind the bar, but even more, a great friend! Molly goes back to the early years of Set the Bar. We were friends first, but her bubbly personality and serious work ethic made me get her behind the bar with me. If I had to work on the weekends, l at least wanted to enjoy who I was spending my nights with!
Molly and I have been through some seriously busy nights together, and she's always there, ready to tackle the rush.
When things are slow, she's also my favorite person to blow off steam and sip Prosecco with-a perfect partner for unwinding and blowing off some steam!
I am so happy and grateful to have Molly, both as a truly excellent bartender and a friend!
