No celebration at The Farm on Main is complete without a great drink in hand, and that’s where Set the Bar Sue comes in. As the Farm’s exclusive in-house bar service, Sue and her team are here to keep the drinks flowing and the party moving, all with a setup that fits your day perfectly.
From signature cocktails to thoughtfully curated bar selections, Set the Bar Sue works with you to build a drink menu that feels personal, fun, and crowd-approved. While a bar package is required for events at The Farm, alcohol is not. Whether you’re planning a full bar, a few custom mocktails, or a non-alcoholic menu that still feels elevated, Sue will help you create a beverage experience that matches your celebration and your style.

Your Wedding Bar Questions Answered

Your liquor costs will vary depending on the scope of your day, your brand preferences, and how much your guests consume. To give you an estimate based on past events, plan on budgeting about $15-$20 per guest, before returns, to offer a full bar with basic popular brands of liquor. This is in addition to the per-person service fee.

First, we will create a custom list for the liquor store based on your signature drinks, brand preferences and guest count. Then, we will place the agreed upon order with our partner liquor store and coordinate delivery of the order. Our couples must make direct payment to the liquor store. After the wedding you have one week to return unopened beer, wine, and liquor for credit back. Since liquor is not allowed on the premises overnight, a designated person must take the alcohol at the conclusion of the wedding.

After booking, you will receive a signature drink menu to choose from. Any drinks within the mixer and garnish package are included in the event package. Some drinks require extra prep time and/or premium ingredients and require an upcharge. Many couples opt to keep it simple and not have signature drinks at all. To accommodate this request, we can provide a $1.50 credit per guest.

The Farm provides a double rocks glass, wine glass, and champagne flute for bar service. We use the double rocks for soda, water, cocktails, and drinks on the rocks from the bar. Depending on your signature drinks, we can arrange a rental for any other glassware you would like such as coupes, stemless martini glasses, copper mules, and more. Champagne toasts and dinner wine service glassware are not included, but are available as add-ons. Rental costs will appear in the final invoice.
